Responsibilities
- Safely operate Class A commercial vehicles for weekend deliveries throughout Wisconsin
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and electronic logging device (ELD) compliance
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections ensuring DOT compliance
- Coordinate with dispatch team for efficient route planning and on-time deliveries
- Handle secure freight with proper loading/unloading procedures
- Adhere to all federal/state transportation regulations and company policies
- Communicate professionally with clients and team members
Qualifications
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with clean driving record
- Minimum 2 years verifiable tractor-trailer experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and operate in all weather conditions
- Pass DOT physical and drug screening requirements
- Strong knowledge of Wisconsin roadways and traffic regulations
- Excellent time management and problem-solving skills
- Commitment to weekend availability (Friday-Sunday)
- Basic understanding of freight documentation
