Responsibilities
- Operate commercial trucks (Class A or B) in a safe and efficient manner at all times.
- Perform thorough pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure compliance with DOT regulations.
- Load and unload cargo safely using proper equipment and techniques.
- Manage time effectively to meet strict delivery deadlines and schedules.
- Complete daily logbooks and required paperwork accurately and on time.
- Ensure the safety of passengers and cargo during transit.
- Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor while representing the company.
Qualifications
- Valid Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) Class A or B required.
- Current Medical Examiner’s Certificate (DOT Physical) must be on file.
- Must possess a clean driving record (no more than 2 moving violations in the last 3 years).
- Minimum 1-2 years of verifiable commercial driving experience preferred.
- Ability to work weekends, holidays, and rotating shifts as required.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-service oriented attitude.
