Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial vehicles (Class A CDL) for regional routes within Memphis and surrounding areas
- Adhere strictly to DOT regulations, safety protocols, and delivery schedules
- Perform pre-trip inspections and basic vehicle maintenance checks
- Load/unload freight securely using appropriate equipment and techniques
- Maintain accurate delivery documentation and electronic logs
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions
Qualifications
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
- Minimum 2 years verifiable tractor-trailer experience
- Clean MVR with no major violations in past 3 years
- Ability to pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Strong knowledge of Memphis metro area and regional highways
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in varying weather conditions
- Excellent time management and communication skills
