As a vital member of our logistics team, you will ensure the timely and safe delivery of goods across the Southwest region.
Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial trucks and trailers (Class A or B) on local and regional routes.
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections in compliance with FMCSA regulations.
- Document all deliveries, times, and cargo conditions accurately using ELD and paper logs.
- Load and unload cargo using proper lifting techniques and equipment.
- Maintain a clean and organized cab and cargo area at all times.
- Adhere to all company policies, safety protocols, and traffic laws.
Qualifications
- Valid Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) Class A or B with a clean driving record (MVR).
- Must possess a Medical Examiner’s Certificate (DOT physical) and current DOT drug screen.
- Ability to pass a background check and DOT drug screening.
- Basic math skills for making change and reading bills of lading.
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform manual labor duties.
- Availability to work weekends (Friday-Sunday) and holidays as required.
