Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial vehicles (53' trailers) on weekend routes
- Load/unload shipments using pallet jacks and forklifts
- Perform pre/post-trip inspections and documentation
- Maintain compliance with FMCSA regulations
- Communicate with dispatch and clients regarding delivery status
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and secure cargo procedures
- Complete electronic logs (ELD) accurately
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL with clean driving record
- Minimum 2 years OTR or regional experience
- Pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Knowledge of FMCSA regulations
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Flexibility for weekend shifts (Fri-Sun)
- Strong time management and communication skills
- El Paso area residency required
