Responsibilities
- Operate commercial trucks and trailers safely and efficiently on highways and local routes.
- Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure mechanical integrity and compliance.
- Load and unload cargo securely, adhering to safety protocols and weight restrictions.
- Maintain accurate electronic logging device (ELD) records and all necessary documentation.
- Interact professionally with customers and clients to ensure satisfaction.
- Adhere strictly to all Department of Transportation (DOT) and company safety regulations.
Qualifications
- Valid Class A or Class B Commercial Driver's License (CDL).
- Current Medical Examiner's Certificate (MVR).
- Minimum of 2 years of verifiable commercial driving experience.
- Clean driving record with no DUI, reckless driving, or felony convictions.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work weekends.
