Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial vehicles (Class A/B) for weekend deliveries throughout Colorado Springs
- Load/unload freight with proper equipment and documentation
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and pre/post-trip inspections
- Adhere strictly to DOT regulations and safety protocols
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and clients
- Manage time efficiently to meet weekend delivery schedules
- Assist with basic vehicle maintenance and troubleshooting
Qualifications
- Valid Class A or B Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
- Minimum 2 years verifiable commercial driving experience
- Clean MVR with no major violations in past 3 years
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Familiarity with Colorado Springs area and mountain routes
- Strong communication and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently and make sound decisions
