Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial Class A or Class B trucks and vans.
- Perform thorough pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure safety compliance.
- Load and unload cargo efficiently and securely using proper equipment.
- Maintain accurate electronic logging device (ELD) records and delivery paperwork.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety policies at all times.
- Provide exceptional customer service during loading and delivery processes.
- Conduct daily vehicle maintenance checks and report any mechanical issues immediately.
Qualifications
- Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL) Class A or Class B required.
- Minimum of 2 years of verifiable commercial driving experience.
- Current DOT Medical Card and DOT Physical.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Strong knowledge of traffic laws and cargo securement procedures.
- Must be available to work weekends (Friday through Sunday).
- Excellent communication skills and a professional demeanor.
