Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial vehicles to transport goods within Ohio and surrounding regions
- Conduct pre-trip inspections and maintain accurate vehicle maintenance logs
- Adhere strictly to DOT regulations and company safety protocols
- Manage delivery schedules with precision and communicate with dispatchers
- Load/unload freight efficiently and verify shipment documentation
- Represent Swift Logistics professionally with all clients and partners
Qualifications
- Valid Class A or B Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with clean driving record
- Minimum 2 years of verifiable CDL driving experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in varying weather conditions
- Pass DOT physical and drug screening requirements
- Strong knowledge of Ohio roadways and delivery regulations
- Excellent time management and communication skills
