Responsibilities
- Operate commercial vehicles to transport goods and materials safely and efficiently
- Adhere to all traffic laws and safety regulations to ensure the well-being of yourself and others
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety and compliance
- Maintain accurate logs of driving hours, mileage, and delivery information
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and clients regarding delivery status and any issues
- Assist with loading and unloading of cargo when necessary
Qualifications
- Valid Class A or B Commercial Driver's License (CDL) required
- Minimum of 1 year of commercial driving experience
- Clean driving record with no major violations in the past 3 years
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
