Responsibilities
- Safely operate Class A commercial vehicles to transport goods between distribution centers and client sites
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and documentation using our digital tracking system
- Perform pre-trip inspections and report maintenance needs promptly
- Adhere strictly to DOT regulations and company safety protocols
- Coordinate with dispatch team for efficient route planning and on-time deliveries
- Provide exceptional customer service during loading/unloading operations
- Support warehouse operations when not on the road as needed
Qualifications
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with clean driving record
- Minimum 2 years verifiable commercial driving experience
- Pass federal background check and drug screening
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and operate in various weather conditions
- Strong knowledge of Bay Area traffic patterns and delivery routes
- Basic computer literacy for digital logbook systems
- Flexibility to work Saturdays and Sundays with occasional weekday coverage
- Excellent time management and problem-solving abilities
