Responsibilities
- Safely operate Class A commercial vehicles for weekend delivery routes
- Perform thorough pre-trip/post-trip inspections and documentation
- Adhere strictly to DOT regulations and safety protocols
- Load/unload freight with proper equipment handling
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and route documentation
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and receiving teams
- Provide exceptional customer service at delivery points
Qualifications
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
- Minimum 2 years verifiable CDL experience
- Clean MVR with no major violations in past 3 years
- Ability to work Saturdays and Sundays (5 AM - 5 PM)
- Physical capability to lift up to 75 pounds occasionally
- Familiarity with electronic logging devices (ELD)
- Basic mechanical knowledge for minor troubleshooting
- Pass background check and drug screening
