Responsibilities
- Safely operate Class A commercial vehicles for regional freight transport
- Conduct thorough pre/post-trip vehicle inspections and documentation
- Adhere strictly to DOT regulations and company safety protocols
- Manage efficient delivery schedules while maintaining customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with dispatch for route optimization and real-time updates
- Maintain accurate logs, mileage reports, and compliance documentation
Qualifications
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
- Minimum 2 years verifiable tractor-trailer experience
- Clean MVR with no major violations in past 3 years
- Pass DOT physical and drug screening requirements
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and operate loading equipment
- Strong navigation skills and familiarity with Southeast routes
- Excellent communication and time management abilities
