Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial vehicles (53' dry van/refrigerated) within assigned routes
- Perform pre/post-trip inspections and maintain accurate DOT logs
- Load/unload freight using pallet jacks and forklifts (certification provided)
- Adhere to strict delivery schedules and customer service standards
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and clients
- Follow all FMCSA regulations and company safety protocols
- Participate in ongoing safety training programs
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL license (Wisconsin or transferable)
- Minimum 2 years verifiable commercial driving experience
- Clean MVR (no major violations in past 3 years)
- Pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
- Basic knowledge of freight documentation
- Strong time management and problem-solving skills
- Flexibility to work weekends/holidays as needed
