Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial vehicles (dry van, refrigerated, flatbed) across designated routes
- Conduct pre/post-trip vehicle inspections and document maintenance needs
- Ensure compliance with FMCSA regulations and company safety policies
- Manage delivery schedules and communicate with dispatch for timely arrivals
- Maintain accurate logs using electronic logging devices (ELD)
- Provide exceptional customer service during loading/unloading processes
- Participate in ongoing safety training and performance reviews
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL with clean driving record (no major violations in past 3 years)
- Minimum 2 years verifiable tractor-trailer experience
- Pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and operate in various weather conditions
- Knowledge of Arizona/Mexico routing and commercial zones
- HAZMAT endorsement preferred (training provided)
- Strong communication and time management skills
- Ability to pass background check and employment verification
