Responsibilities
- Operate commercial vehicles safely and efficiently across Texas routes
- Conduct pre-trip inspections and maintain accurate trip logs
- Adhere to DOT regulations and company safety standards
- Load/unload freight using proper equipment and techniques
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and clients
- Deliver freight on time and in optimal condition
- Maintain clean driving record and ongoing compliance training
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license (Class A or B permit preferred)
- Ability to pass DOT physical and drug screening
- No prior CDL experience required
- Basic math and communication skills
- Willingness to work flexible schedules including nights/weekends
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally
- Must complete company-sponsored CDL training program
- Must pass background check
