Responsibilities
- Complete intensive paid CDL training program to obtain Class A license
- Safely operate commercial vehicles across Southeast region
- Conduct pre/post-trip inspections and maintain compliance logs
- Load/unload freight with proper securement techniques
- Adhere to DOT regulations and company safety protocols
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and clients
- Participate in ongoing safety certification programs
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid driver's license with clean 3-year record
- Must be 21+ years old (DOT requirement)
- Pass DOT physical and drug screening
- No CDL experience necessary - we train from scratch!
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
- Basic math skills for load calculations
