Responsibilities
- Safely operate Class A commercial vehicles for long-haul and regional routes
- Adhere to strict DOT regulations and safety protocols at all times
- Plan efficient routes while maintaining accurate delivery logs and documentation
- Inspect vehicles pre/post-trip and report maintenance needs promptly
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions
- Collaborate with dispatch team for real-time route adjustments
- Maintain compliance with Hours of Service (HOS) regulations
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL license with clean driving record
- Minimum 2 years verifiable commercial driving experience
- Ability to pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Familiarity with electronic logging devices (ELD)
- Strong knowledge of Texas roadways and border states
- Basic mechanical troubleshooting skills
- Excellent time management and communication abilities
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays
