Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial vehicles (dry van, refrigerated, flatbed) across Nevada routes
- Adhere to strict DOT regulations and safety protocols during all transport operations
- Conduct pre/post-trip inspections and document maintenance requirements
- Optimize delivery routes to ensure timely and efficient cargo transport
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and electronic logging system compliance
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and clients regarding shipment status
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL license with clean driving record (3+ years experience)
- DOT medical certification and current TWIC card
- Proven expertise in multi-axle vehicle operation and cargo securement
- Proficiency in electronic logging devices (ELD) and fleet management systems
- Ability to work flexible schedules including nights/weekends
- Strong navigation skills across Nevada's diverse terrains
- Pass background check and drug screening requirements
