Responsibilities
- Safely operate Class A commercial vehicles to transport freight on regional routes
- Perform pre/post-trip inspections and adhere to FMCSA regulations
- Manage delivery documentation and maintain accurate logs
- Coordinate with dispatch for route optimization and timely deliveries
- Uphold safety protocols while operating in all weather conditions
- Represent company values through professional customer interactions
- Participate in continuous safety training programs
Qualifications
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
- Minimum 1 year tractor-trailer experience
- Clean MVR with no major violations in past 3 years
- Ability to pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Basic knowledge of DOT regulations and HOS compliance
- Strong communication and time-management skills
- Flexibility to work irregular schedules including weekends
- Willingness to operate in diverse weather conditions
