Responsibilities
- Operate commercial vehicles (Class A CDL) safely and efficiently on regional routes
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and DOT regulations at all times
- Load/unload cargo using proper equipment and handling techniques
- Complete accurate delivery documentation and maintain vehicle logs
- Conduct pre-trip inspections and report maintenance needs promptly
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL license with clean driving record
- Minimum 2 years of verifiable commercial driving experience
- Ability to pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Knowledge of Indianapolis metro area and surrounding regions
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in various weather conditions
