Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial vehicles for long-haul and regional routes
- Adhere strictly to DOT regulations and safety protocols
- Plan efficient routes using GPS and company-provided tools
- Conduct pre-trip inspections and report maintenance issues
- Manage delivery documentation and customer interactions
- Maintain accurate logbooks and electronic records
- Collaborate with dispatch team for optimal load scheduling
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL license with clean driving record
- Minimum 2 years of verifiable tractor-trailer experience
- Ability to pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Strong knowledge of Texas and Southeastern US routes
- Excellent time management and problem-solving skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work flexible schedules
- Previous hazmat certification preferred
