Responsibilities
- Safely operate Class A commercial vehicles for local/regional routes
- Pre-trip/post-trip inspections and vehicle maintenance documentation
- Adhere to DOT regulations and company safety protocols
- Deliver freight to customers on schedule with exceptional service
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and paperwork
- Collaborate with dispatch for route optimization
- Represent Tampa Bay Logistics professionally in all customer interactions
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL license with clean driving record
- Minimum 2 years verifiable tractor-trailer experience
- Pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and operate in various weather conditions
- Strong knowledge of Florida roadways and regulations
- Excellent time management and communication skills
- Flexibility for early morning start times (4:00 AM)
