Responsibilities
- Safely operate Class A commercial vehicles for regional deliveries across California
- Adhere strictly to DOT regulations, safety protocols, and delivery schedules
- Conduct pre-trip inspections and maintain accurate vehicle maintenance logs
- Manage electronic logging systems (ELD) and documentation compliance
- Provide exceptional customer service during loading/unloading and delivery interactions
- Collaborate with dispatch team for route optimization and efficiency
- Represent Pacific Fleet Logistics with professionalism in all client interactions
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL license with clean driving record (3+ years experience)
- Proven experience in long-haul or regional trucking across California
- Strong knowledge of DOT regulations, HOS, and safety compliance
- Ability to operate manual transmission and handle various trailer types
- Excellent time management and problem-solving skills
- Basic familiarity with ELD systems and route navigation technology
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in varying weather conditions
- Pass background check and drug screening requirements
