Responsibilities
- Safely operate Class A commercial vehicles for regional routes within North Carolina and surrounding states
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and compliance with DOT regulations
- Perform pre/post-trip inspections and report vehicle maintenance needs
- Collaborate with dispatch team to optimize delivery schedules and customer satisfaction
- Handle secure cargo with attention to detail and proper handling procedures
- Represent Prime Transport Solutions with professionalism in all customer interactions
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL license with clean driving record
- Minimum 2 years verifiable tractor-trailer experience
- Pass DOT physical and drug screening requirements
- Strong knowledge of federal/state transportation regulations
- Ability to work flexible schedules including early mornings and weekends
- Excellent time management and route navigation skills
