Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial vehicles (Class A/B) for local/regional routes
- Perform pre/post-trip inspections and maintain accurate DOT logs
- Coordinate with dispatch teams for timely deliveries and pickups
- Adhere strictly to California traffic laws and safety protocols
- Load/unload cargo with proper handling techniques
- Communicate professionally with clients and warehouse teams
- Maintain clean driving record and compliance with FMCSA regulations
Qualifications
- Valid Class A or Class B Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
- Minimum 2 years verifiable commercial driving experience
- Clean MVR with no major violations (DUI, reckless driving)
- Pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Familiarity with Bay Area geography and delivery zones
- Ability to lift up to 60 pounds and work varied shifts
- Strong communication and time-management skills
