Responsibilities
- Safely operate Class A commercial vehicles for regional deliveries within Minnesota and surrounding states
- Conduct pre/post-trip inspections and maintain accurate vehicle maintenance logs
- Adhere strictly to DOT regulations and company safety protocols
- Plan efficient routes using GPS technology to meet delivery deadlines
- Load/unload freight with proper equipment handling techniques
- Communicate with dispatch regarding route changes or delivery issues
- Maintain professional customer service interactions at delivery points
Qualifications
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with clean driving record
- Minimum 2 years verifiable tractor-trailer experience
- Ability to pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Familiarity with electronic logging devices (ELD)
- Knowledge of Minneapolis metro area and regional highways
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly during loading/unloading
- Strong time management and problem-solving skills
