Responsibilities
- Operate commercial vehicles (Class A CDL) to transport goods across designated routes
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and FMCSA regulations at all times
- Conduct pre/post-trip inspections and maintain accurate vehicle maintenance logs
- Load/unload freight with proper securing techniques
- Navigate complex urban and regional routes using GPS technology
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and clients regarding delivery status
- Maintain clean driving record and zero accident history
Qualifications
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
- Minimum 2 years verifiable tractor-trailer experience
- Clean MVR with no more than 2 moving violations in 3 years
- Ability to pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Knowledge of hazmat handling (H endorsement preferred)
- Proficiency with electronic logging devices (ELD)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
- Flexibility for overnight trips and variable schedules
