Responsibilities
- Operate commercial vehicles (Class A or B CDL) in a safe and efficient manner.
- Load and unload freight using hand tools or forklifts as needed.
- Verify cargo against bills of lading and ensure proper documentation.
- Maintain accurate electronic logging device (ELD) records.
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety policies.
Qualifications
- Valid Class A or Class B Commercial Driver's License (CDL).
- Clean driving record (MVR) with no major violations.
- Ability to pass a DOT physical examination.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Strong communication skills and a professional demeanor.
- Basic math skills for cargo verification.
