Responsibilities
- Operate commercial motor vehicles safely and efficiently on local and regional routes.
- Load and unload cargo using proper safety equipment and techniques.
- Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure compliance with DOT regulations.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date delivery logs and delivery receipts.
- Adhere to all traffic laws, company policies, and safety protocols at all times.
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients and partners.
Qualifications
- Valid Class A or Class B Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) with the required endorsements.
- Minimum of 1 year of verifiable commercial driving experience preferred.
- Must possess a clean driving record (MVR) free of major violations.
- Ability to pass a Department of Transportation (DOT) physical examination.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Strong time management skills and the ability to work independently.
