Job Overview
We are expanding our operations in the San Francisco Bay Area and are looking for Class A or Class B CDL holders to handle local and regional delivery routes. This is an opportunity to build a stable career in a high-demand industry.
Responsibilities
- Operate commercial vehicles safely and efficiently to deliver cargo to designated locations.
- Perform thorough pre-trip, en-route, and post-trip vehicle inspections.
- Load and unload freight using appropriate equipment, ensuring cargo security.
- Maintain accurate electronic logging device (ELD) records and delivery documentation.
- Adhere to all traffic laws, company policies, and Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers regarding route changes or delays.
Qualifications
- Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL) Class A or Class B (or equivalent).
- Current Medical Examiner's Certificate (DOT physical).
- Clean driving record with no major violations within the last 3 years.
- Minimum of 1 year of verifiable driving experience in the last 3 years.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Strong time management and problem-solving skills.
