Responsibilities
- Operate commercial vehicles safely and efficiently to deliver goods to designated locations.
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure safety compliance.
- Load and unload cargo, ensuring proper weight distribution and securing loads.
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and paperwork in compliance with FMCSA regulations.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety policies at all times.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers regarding delivery status.
Qualifications
- Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL) Class A or Class B (Required).
- Current DOT medical card (Medical Examiner’s Certificate).
- Minimum of 1-2 years of driving experience preferred.
- Clean driving record with no major violations in the last 3 years.
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform manual labor as required.
- Basic math skills and ability to read maps and GPS systems.
- Must be eligible to work in the United States.
