Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial vehicles (box trucks, reefers) for local deliveries
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and documentation
- Perform pre/post-trip inspections and basic vehicle maintenance
- Adhere strictly to DOT regulations and safety protocols
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions
- Coordinate with dispatch team for efficient route optimization
- Handle specialized freight with care and precision
Qualifications
- Valid Class A or B CDL with clean driving record
- Minimum 2 years commercial driving experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
- Familiarity with Long Beach area geography
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Basic mechanical troubleshooting knowledge
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
- Availability for weekend/evening shifts
