Responsibilities
- Operate commercial motor vehicles in a safe, legal, and professional manner in accordance with FMCSA regulations.
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure safety compliance and report any mechanical issues immediately.
- Load and unload cargo securely, adhering to weight and balance restrictions.
- Maintain accurate records of hours of service (HOS) and delivery logs using ELD technology.
- Uphold a professional image and customer service standards while interacting with clients and the public.
- Adhere to all company policies, safety protocols, and driving procedures.
Qualifications
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) issued by the State of Nebraska.
- Minimum of 1 year of verifiable commercial driving experience.
- Current Medical Examiner’s Certificate (MEC) and DOT drug screen on file.
- Must possess a clean driving record (MVR) with no major violations within the last 3 years.
- Ability to pass a comprehensive background check.
- Basic computer literacy for logging duties and paperwork.
- Strong commitment to safety and time management.
