Responsibilities
- Safely operate Class A commercial vehicles to transport freight within California and regional routes
- Conduct pre/post-trip inspections and maintain accurate electronic logs (ELD)
- Adhere to DOT regulations, HOS compliance, and company safety protocols
- Load/unload shipments with proper material handling equipment
- Communicate effectively with dispatch, customers, and warehouse teams
- Manage delivery documentation and maintain cargo security
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL with clean driving record (no DUIs in past 5 years)
- Minimum 1 year verifiable tractor-trailer experience
- Pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Familiarity with ELD systems and route navigation
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
- Strong time management and problem-solving skills
- Flexibility for early mornings, nights, and weekends
