Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial vehicles (Class A or B) in compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations.
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure safety and compliance.
- Load and secure cargo, ensuring proper weight distribution and safety.
- Maintain accurate electronic logging device (ELD) records and daily delivery logs.
- Communicate professionally with dispatch, customers, and warehouse personnel.
- Adhere to company safety protocols and traffic laws at all times.
Qualifications
- Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL) Class A (or B depending on vehicle type).
- Must have a clean driving record and pass a Department of Transportation (DOT) physical exam.
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
- Basic math and English language skills for documentation and communication.
- Willingness to participate in our training program if no prior driving experience is required.
