Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial vehicles to transport goods across designated routes
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure compliance with safety standards
- Maintain accurate logs and documentation for all shipments and deliveries
- Adhere to all federal and state transportation regulations
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and clients regarding delivery status
- Assist with loading/unloading cargo when necessary
Qualifications
- No prior CDL experience required – we provide full training!
- Valid driver's license and ability to obtain CDL-A within 90 days
- Clean driving record (no major violations in past 3 years)
- Ability to pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Basic math skills for weight distribution and documentation
- Strong work ethic and commitment to safety
- Willingness to work flexible hours including overnight trips
