Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial vehicles in Phoenix metro and regional routes
- Adhere to DOT regulations and company safety protocols
- Load/unload freight with proper handling techniques
- Complete accurate delivery documentation and logs
- Perform pre/post-trip vehicle inspections
- Maintain professional communication with dispatch team
- Represent Swift Transportation with exceptional customer service
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL license (or willing to obtain through training)
- No prior driving experience required
- Clean driving record (no major violations in past 3 years)
- Ability to pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Basic math skills for delivery documentation
