Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial vehicles to transport goods across Illinois and surrounding states
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure compliance with safety standards
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and documentation using electronic logging devices
- Collaborate with dispatch team to optimize routes and ensure timely deliveries
- Adhere to all FMCSA regulations and company safety protocols
- Communicate professionally with clients and team members throughout the delivery process
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL license (or willingness to obtain through our training program)
- No prior commercial driving experience required – we train from the ground up!
- Clean driving record and ability to pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Strong work ethic and commitment to safety excellence
- Basic navigation skills and familiarity with GPS technology
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various weather conditions
- Must be at least 21 years old and possess valid U.S. work authorization
