Responsibilities
- Operate commercial vehicles safely and efficiently on local and interstate routes.
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure compliance with FMCSA regulations.
- Load and unload cargo, ensuring secure placement and proper documentation.
- Maintain accurate electronic logging device (ELD) logs and mileage records.
- Adhere to all traffic laws, company safety policies, and driving regulations.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers regarding delivery schedules.
Qualifications
- Valid Class A or Class B Commercial Driver's License (CDL).
- Willingness to undergo company-sponsored training for new drivers (No Experience Required).
- Pass a Department of Transportation (DOT) physical examination and drug screen.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks at loading docks.
- Excellent communication skills and a strong work ethic.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
