Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial vehicles (box trucks, dry vans) within Atlanta metropolitan area
- Complete daily pre-trip inspections and vehicle maintenance documentation
- Load/unload freight with proper handling techniques and equipment
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and electronic logging device records
- Adhere to all DOT regulations and company safety protocols
- Provide excellent customer service during delivery interactions
- Participate in ongoing safety training and certification programs
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- No CDL experience required - we provide full training!
- Ability to pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Basic math skills for delivery documentation
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally
- Willingness to work flexible hours including early mornings
