Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial vehicles following DOT regulations and company safety protocols
- Deliver freight to designated locations within Albuquerque and surrounding regions
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure roadworthiness
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and documentation using digital tracking systems
- Communicate effectively with dispatch team regarding route status and delays
- Adhere to strict delivery timelines while prioritizing passenger and cargo safety
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to obtain Class A CDL within 90 days of hire (paid training provided)
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Basic math skills for delivery verification and documentation
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and sit for extended periods
