Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial vehicles following all DOT regulations and company safety protocols
- Load/unload cargo with precision and care to ensure freight integrity
- Maintain accurate trip logs and documentation for compliance
- Conduct pre/post-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and clients regarding delivery status
- Adapt to changing routes and schedules while maintaining delivery efficiency
- Represent the company professionally in all customer interactions
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to obtain Class A CDL (training provided)
- Pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Basic math and communication skills
- Ability to work flexible schedules including nights/weekends
- Physical ability to climb, lift up to 50 lbs, and sit for extended periods
