Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial vehicles (Class A CDL) to transport goods within Indiana and surrounding states
- Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections
- Maintain accurate logs and documentation according to FMCSA regulations
- Load/unload cargo with proper equipment and safety protocols
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers regarding delivery status
- Adhere to all safety policies and DOT regulations
- Represent the company professionally at all times
Qualifications
- Valid Commercial Driver's License (Class A CDL)
- No prior experience required – training provided
- Clean driving record and ability to pass background check
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally
- Strong commitment to safety and compliance
- Good communication skills and customer service mindset
- Flexibility to work variable schedules including early mornings and weekends
- Must be at least 21 years old
