Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial vehicles to transport goods across designated routes
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and documentation
- Adhere to all federal/state traffic laws and safety regulations
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and clients
- Load/unload cargo with proper equipment and techniques
- Report mechanical issues and perform basic maintenance checks
Qualifications
- Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL Class A/B)
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Clean driving record (no major violations in past 3 years)
- Ability to pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Basic math skills for documentation
- Flexibility to work variable schedules including weekends
- Willingness to undergo paid company training program
