Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial vehicles (box trucks, flatbeds, or reefers) within Boston metro area
- Load/unload cargo with proper lifting techniques and equipment operation
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and documentation
- Perform pre/post-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs
- Adhere to DOT regulations and company safety protocols
- Provide excellent customer service during delivery interactions
- Collaborate with dispatch team for efficient route optimization
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to pass DOT physical and drug screening
- No CDL experience required - we provide paid training!
- Basic math skills for delivery verification
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally
