Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial vehicles to transport goods to designated locations
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections
- Adhere to DOT regulations and safety protocols
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and paperwork
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and clients
- Secure cargo during transit to prevent damage
- Report maintenance issues and accidents promptly
- Participate in ongoing safety training programs
Qualifications
- Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL) Class A or B
- Clean driving record (no major violations in past 3 years)
- Pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Basic math skills for load verification
- Strong commitment to safety and punctuality
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility to work weekends and early mornings
