Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial vehicles (Class A or B) for local/regional routes
- Load/unload freight using proper equipment and safety protocols
- Complete accurate delivery documentation and logbooks
- Perform pre/post-trip vehicle inspections and maintenance checks
- Maintain clean driving record and comply with DOT regulations
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and clients
- Adapt to flexible schedules including early mornings and weekends
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license and ability to obtain CDL-A/B (paid training provided)
- Pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Basic math skills for delivery documentation
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
- Reliable transportation to depot locations
- No prior experience necessary - training included
