Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial vehicles (Class A/B) within the NYC metro area
- Deliver freight to diverse locations while adhering to DOT regulations
- Conduct pre/post-trip inspections and maintain accurate vehicle logs
- Collaborate with dispatch team for efficient route planning
- Ensure timely deliveries while maintaining exceptional customer service
- Participate in ongoing safety training and compliance programs
Qualifications
- No prior CDL experience required - we provide paid training!
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Strong work ethic and commitment to safety
- Basic math and communication skills
- Willingness to obtain CDL license through our training program
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally
