Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial vehicles following DOT regulations and company safety protocols
- Transport freight to designated destinations on scheduled routes
- Complete pre-trip inspections, post-trip reports, and necessary documentation
- Maintain clean driving record and adhere to all traffic laws
- Communicate effectively with dispatch team and clients
- Assist with loading/unloading freight as needed
- Participate in ongoing safety training and compliance updates
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license (Class C or higher)
- Ability to pass DOT physical and drug screening
- No prior CDL required - we provide training!
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally
- Willingness to work flexible hours including early mornings
- Strong work ethic and commitment to safety
- Basic math skills for weight distribution and logbooks
- Ability to navigate using GPS and maps
